Paint Codes & Guidelines
Check the schedule
Confirm when your building is scheduled for Village painting.
If unsure, contact the HOA Architectural Committee before starting.
Fading happens
Even the correct paint code may look different due to sun and weather exposure.
Best practice
Test a small area first.
Let it dry and check it in daylight before committing.
Blending vs repainting
If the match is off, repainting a full section often looks better than patching.
Protection over perfection
A slight color difference is acceptable.
The priority is sealing and protecting the wood from moisture and weather.
