We’re moving the roofing schedule forward.
Work on V137–140 is expected to begin as early as April 13, about two weeks ahead of plan.
All other buildings are expected to shift up by about one week to allow for early-season coordination and weather buffer.

These dates are guidelines and will shift based on weather, site conditions, and progress.
What this means for you:
- Rentals: Must be suspended during active construction
- Decks: Remove all items in advance of work
- Liability: Homeowner responsibility for any items left on decks
- Construction: Daily work, including weekends
